What hosting involves
Hosting costs $0 for setup, placement, and installation. Juiceboxx supplies, installs, and services the station and power banks. Your venue earns commission under a hosting agreement confirmed before install, and the agreement also covers how the station screen is used.
Install day and the first quiet weekday
Installation is quick and needs no construction. Use the first quiet day to show your team where the station is and how guests use it. The cost page covers the economics in more detail.
The first busy weekend
Your staff need one sentence: where the station is, and that guests can return a power bank to any Juiceboxx station. They never take cash, hand out chargers, hold phones, or process returns. The onboarding page covers the full sequence.
Signs a station is working
Guests ask where it is, power banks go out and come back, and your staff stop getting charging requests at the bar. If none of that is happening after a few busy weekends, the spot may be wrong. Tell us and we will look at it with you.
Talking to guests about it
Keep it simple and positive: "We have a charging station by the door. You rent a power bank in the Juiceboxx app and keep your phone with you." A small table card or a mention on your website helps guests find it before they need it.
When a station runs low
On a busy night, a station can run out of charged power banks until guests bring some back. If it happens often, tell us, and we can adjust the setup or add capacity. For anything else the station needs, contact Juiceboxx and we will handle it.
