Contact-form inquiries contain the email address, name, topic, and message details you choose to submit.

The private advertiser workspace stores approved account details. These details include the account email and role, along with the company and contact name. If you use Google to sign in, Google supplies a verified email address so it can be matched to the approved portal record. The workspace also stores campaign briefs and uploaded files. Campaign records include dates and locations. They also include notes and messages, status history, and reviewer notes.

Our hosting provider may process routine request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs when the site or workspace is used.

We use inquiry details to answer the message. We use workspace information to authenticate approved users, review creative, manage campaign status and messages, and protect the service from unauthorized access.

Juiceboxx does not sell personal information.

The advertiser workspace uses short-lived authentication cookies during Google sign-in and an essential session cookie after access is approved. The public site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits with IP anonymization enabled, and a privacy-preserving first-party pageview counter operated by Liberty Design Studio; no advertising cookies are used. Links to the App Store, Google Play, and other external sites are governed by those services when opened.

The site, workspace, and campaign database run on Cloudflare services. Google processes authentication requests when its sign-in option is used, and Cloudflare Email Service delivers contact-form and password-reset email. These providers process data to host, secure, authenticate, or operate the requested service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to investigate misuse.

We keep account and campaign records while they are needed to operate the workspace, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email the address below. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

The Juiceboxx app is distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Rental, payment, and app-account data are separate from this website and advertiser workspace. Check the app listing for the policies that apply to app use.
