Bring in the decision-maker
The person who signs the hosting agreement should be part of the first conversation, along with whoever knows the floor best. That keeps things moving. The site acquisition guide explains how we evaluate venues.
Trace a guest from arrival to exit
Together we walk the path a guest takes: where they wait, where they would see the station, and where they would return a power bank on the way out. That path decides the spot. The venue guide covers the thinking behind it.
Agree on terms and the screen
Your venue pays $0 for setup, placement, and installation. Before install, we confirm your commission terms in a hosting agreement, and agree how the station screen is used at your venue.
Install day
We deliver and install the station and power banks. Check the spot during a real shift, not just an empty room, and confirm the station stays reachable through your closing routine.
Your first busy shift
Watch where guests ask questions. If staff get asked where the station is, a small sign or a better spot can help. Staff only need one line: guests rent in the Juiceboxx app.
How long it takes
Timing depends mostly on how quickly the right people at your venue can review the spot and the hosting agreement. Once terms are agreed, installation is a short visit with no construction. Having your decision-maker involved from the first conversation is the single biggest thing that speeds it up.
What to have ready
The venue's legal name and address, the name of the person who will sign, your opening hours, a rough idea of weekly traffic, and photos of the areas you are considering. With those, the first conversation can end with a recommendation rather than a to-do list.
Support after launch
Name one person on your team to contact us if the station needs attention. Juiceboxx handles service and repairs. The operations and support page covers how support works.
