Three options, and what each costs the guest
A cable at the front desk ties the guest to the counter. Outlets in the room only help before they leave. A rental power bank goes with them.

Where the station goes
Put the station on the path guests already walk: between the front desk, the elevators, and the breakfast room. It should be visible without crowding the lobby.
Give staff one sentence to share: "There's a charging station by the elevators. You rent it in the Juiceboxx app." Front desk staff never take cash, hand out chargers, hold phones, or process returns.
Hours matter for early departures
A station in a room that locks overnight cannot help the guest leaving at 4:40 a.m. Choose a spot that stays open during the hours your guests come and go.

Which properties fit best
Hotels with busy lobbies, business travelers, event space, or a bar and restaurant see the most use. Resort properties and beach hotels, where guests spend all day away from their rooms, are strong fits too. Extended-stay properties with quieter lobbies may see less use.
Guests who check out early
Many hotel guests need charge most after checkout, when their room outlet is gone but their flight, drive, or meeting is still ahead. A power bank rented in the lobby can be returned at any Juiceboxx station along the way, so the guest never has to come back.
The station screen
Each station has a screen, and your hosting agreement covers how it is used alongside your existing lobby signage. Brands that advertise on the network can read how campaign measurement works.
