Outlets only help people with cables
Outlets at the seats help visitors who brought a compatible cable and adapter. Many do not. A Juiceboxx power bank has built-in cables, so any visitor with the app can charge.
A small room needs a careful spot
A station needs a little standing room in front of it as well as floor space for the unit. Place it where a visitor can reach it without blocking the check-in line or a doorway. Never give up the route to reception to fit it in.
Being called does not mean leaving the phone
When a visitor is called in, the phone and the power bank go with them. Nothing is left charging on a wall or at the desk. The rental guide explains the visitor's side.
A clear price for an uncertain wait
Visitors pay $2 for each 30 minutes, capped at $12 per 24-hour day, in the Juiceboxx app. Waits are hard to predict, so a known price with a cap matters.
Your office pays nothing for setup, placement, or installation, and earns commission.
Which waiting rooms fit best
Medical and dental offices, auto service centers, government offices, and salons all ask people to wait for an unpredictable stretch. Visitors fill that time on their phones, and many arrive already low after a morning of calls and directions.
The strongest fit is a room where waits regularly run 30 minutes or more and visitors cannot easily leave to charge elsewhere. A quick-turnaround counter, where people are in and out in five minutes, is a weaker fit.
What your front desk says
One sentence is enough: "There's a charging station by the door. You rent a power bank in the Juiceboxx app and keep your phone with you." Reception never hands out chargers, takes payment, or holds phones, so your team stays focused on check-in and scheduling.
Hosting is free. Juiceboxx supplies, installs, and services the station.
Healthcare and service waiting rooms
In a medical or dental office, patients may wait before and after appointments and need their phones to reach family, arrange rides, or check paperwork. At an auto service center, customers may wait an hour or more for a repair. In both, a phone that dies mid-wait creates stress your staff end up absorbing. A station takes that off their plate.
Returns on the way out
Visitors return the power bank to the station on their way out, or to any other Juiceboxx station. Reception never takes it back. The return guide and the onboarding steps cover the rest.
