Start with the outlets you have
If every chair already has an outlet and clients bring their own cables, you may not need a station. A rental makes sense when clients move between the chair, the sink, and the dryer, or when outlets are not where clients sit.
Charging that follows the client
A client rents a power bank in the Juiceboxx app, plugs in, and keeps the phone with her as she moves through the appointment. Keep phones and power banks away from wet work areas, just as you would any device.
The rental guide explains the client's side.
A paid rental, not a free extra
Clients pay $2 for each 30 minutes, capped at $12 per 24-hour day, in the app and separate from their service bill. The salon pays nothing for setup, placement, or installation, and earns commission.
Keep the quiet rooms quiet
Place the station at reception or in the waiting area, not in treatment rooms. The station screen is covered by your hosting agreement, so you decide how it fits your space.
Why clients need it
Clients book long services, like color, extensions, or a spa package, and spend that time on their phones. Many also use the phone to pay, book the next appointment, or share photos of the finished look. A rental keeps that phone working without a cord trailing across the station.
What to send us
Your address, the number of stations or treatment rooms, your typical appointment length, and a photo of your reception or waiting area. That is enough for us to tell you whether a station fits and where it would go.
Returns after the last appointment
Clients can return power banks to any Juiceboxx station. Make sure the station is reachable until your last client leaves. The placement guide walks through the process.
