Work backwards from the date
Start with the day your message must be live. Before that, allow time for the venue to approve the wording, for creative review, and for scheduling. Contact us as early as you can, especially around holidays and busy seasons.
Direct or through an agency
You can book directly with Juiceboxx or through your agency. An agency adds a hand-off, and each hand-off adds calendar time, so build that in. Agencies can read our DOOH network page.
What the proposal settles
Venues, dates, loop share, message length, creative specs, and price. Once those are agreed, you upload creative to your private advertiser portal.
Creative is the usual delay
Price rarely holds a campaign up; creative does. A design built for print or social often needs rework to read on a screen from a step away. Start with the creative guidelines. If you need design help, say so in your inquiry.
Stretching a small budget
A small budget goes further concentrated in one or two venues your customers visit than spread thinly across many. A second version of your ad needs its own review and shares your loop time with the first, so start with one strong message.
A sample timeline
For a grand opening on a fixed Saturday, a comfortable plan looks like this. Six weeks out: send the inquiry. Five weeks: agree the proposal. Four weeks: submit creative in the portal. Three weeks: complete review changes and venue approval. Two weeks: scheduled and confirmed. The run then covers the two weeks before the opening and the weekend itself. Compress it if you must, but creative changes are where time disappears.
What a plan cannot promise
We confirm where and when your message ran, not how many people saw it. The measurement page and the rate factors cover the details.
