Juiceboxx

For agencies and media buyers

Your client approved a test budget for venue screens, and your plan template asks for a CPM, a reach estimate, and a delivery log. Here is what Juiceboxx placements actually are, how approvals work, and what to put in the plan instead.

What you can buy

Placements are sold as agreed messages in named venues for agreed dates, with a defined share of the screen loop. They are not sold as measured audiences. See the rates page for what shapes the price.

Two approvals before launch

Every creative is reviewed by Juiceboxx and approved by the host venue before it runs. Build both into your timeline, especially for date-sensitive campaigns.

What the record shows

Your advertiser portal shows what was submitted, reviewed, approved, and scheduled. It does not show how many people saw the screen. The measurement page explains what can be verified.

The rental price is not a media metric

Guests pay $2 per 30 minutes to rent a charger. That tells you why people stand at the station, not how many saw a message. Do not use it to model impressions.

How to frame it for the client

Position the placement as local presence in named venues, tested with a trackable offer. Set expectations around what is verified: the venues, the dates, and the approved creative. Then measure response with a code, a short link, or a dedicated number. Clients who understand that framing are happy with what they get.

Billing and timelines

Proposals name every charge before anything runs. If your agency bills the client, tell us up front so the proposal and invoicing are addressed correctly. Build in time for our creative review and the venue's approval, especially near holidays.

A sensible first test

For a new client, start with one or two venues that match the client's customers and a four-to-eight-week run. Build a unique offer code into the creative and agree on the redemption count you would call a success before launch. That gives you a clean read to take back to the client, and a clear basis for expanding to more venues if it works.

Put the scale in the brief

Stations are live at two Upstate venues today, with more joining across 25 South Carolina markets. This is a local, venue-by-venue buy, and it suits clients who want presence in specific rooms. For the client test, build in a screen-only offer code. The campaign planning guide covers timelines.
