Station screens for event sponsors

Most sponsor packages offer the same menu: a logo on a lanyard, a banner above the bar, a tote bag. A Juiceboxx screen is different. It is a working charging station, placed where the venue puts it, running your message in a loop while guests rent and return chargers.

What runs on the screen

Your message plays in the station's repeating loop for the length of the event. Guests see it when they walk up to charge, which at a long event can happen more than once.

Who decides what

The event organizer and the venue decide where the station stands. Juiceboxx confirms the loop share and message length for the placement. The venue approves the wording before the event, so bring the screen into your sponsorship planning early.

What to get in writing

Your proposal should name the event, the dates, the station positions, your share of the loop, and the price. If you want exclusivity in your category, ask about it up front.

Design for arm's length

Guests see the screen from a step or two away, often while doing something else. Keep it to one idea, a short line of text, a clear logo, and strong contrast. The creative guidelines cover formats.

Who buys event placements

Three kinds of buyers usually ask. Event organizers use a screen to thank a headline sponsor. Local businesses near the venue use it to reach the crowd before and after the event. And brands already sponsoring the event add the screen to their package for extra presence.

Each one is deciding something different, so tell us which you are when you inquire.

Timing matters

Every message needs venue approval before it runs, and creative often needs a round of changes. For a one-day event, start the conversation at least a few weeks ahead. For a festival or a recurring series, the earlier the better, so your placement is locked in before the event's own marketing begins.

When an event is too small

A one-evening event with a small crowd may not justify a placement on its own. Recurring events, festivals, and venues with a full calendar give a sponsor more time on screen. See the rates page and the event venues guide.
