Phone charging for conferences and trade shows

At a conference, the phone holds the badge, the agenda, and every contact made on the floor. Exhibitors use theirs to scan leads all day. A Juiceboxx station lets attendees and exhibitors charge while they stay at the booth or in the session, instead of hunting for an outlet.

A conference day outlasts a charge

Attendees arrive early, spend the day away from a charger, and use their phones for badges, notes, maps, and messages. By the afternoon sessions, batteries are fading and the networking reception is still ahead.

Exhibitors need it most

An exhibitor scanning badges and following up with leads can drain a phone by lunch. Leaving the booth to charge means missing conversations. A rented power bank lets them charge right at the booth.

Rentals start in the app with a QR scan and cost $2 for each 30 minutes, capped at $12 per 24-hour day.

Where to place stations

Registration, the exhibit hall, and the session rooms each have their own rhythm. Registration is busy for an hour. The hall stays busy all day. Breaks send everyone into the corridors at once.

A station where attendees gather between sessions, and another near the exit for returns, covers most shows.

Make returns easy on the way out

Guests can return power banks to any Juiceboxx station, so place one along the exit route. Attendees leaving for the airport should pass a station without backtracking.

Attendees who stay connected

A conference only works if attendees can check the agenda, find their next session, and follow up with the people they meet. A dead phone at 3 p.m. means missed sessions and lost contacts. A station keeps them connected through the evening reception.

Convention centers and recurring shows

A convention center hosting shows most weeks is a strong fit for permanent stations. For a single show, we plan a temporary placement around load-in and load-out. Tell us which you are, your show dates, and your expected attendance.

Sponsorship and the station screen

The station screen can carry an approved message during the show. Organizers sometimes offer that to a sponsor, and exhibitors sometimes use it to invite attendees to their booth. The venue and organizer agree the wording before it runs. The event advertising guide covers the sponsor side.

What installation needs

Juiceboxx supplies and installs the equipment at $0 to the host. For a temporary placement, we need a delivery and removal plan that fits your load-in schedule and floor access.

Send your dates, expected attendance, and floor plan to start. The host a station page and the event venues guide cover the rest.

Ready to host?

Send the venue name, city, and type. We will tell you whether a station fits and what happens next.
